Electoral Council

The Electoral Council consists of the academic staff. The Dean chairs the Electoral Council. The Dean, as the President of the Electoral Council is, in absence, substituted by the Vice Dean for Student and Academic Affairs. The competences of the Electoral Council is to: define the proposal for the academic promotion of teaching staff and assistants into academic rank of teachers, promote candidates into academic rank of assistants, select committee for writing reports for election and promotion of teachers and associates, issue decisions on announcement of vacant positions, provide opinion on the selection of teachers and assistants at subsidiary faculties in the scientific field for which the Faculty is academically competent and conduct other activities in accordance with the applicable regulations and the Statute.
